If you decide you do not want an item you must ship the item back to us within 30 days. BlueCosmo Communications, Inc. will not accept returns on orders over 30 days or on orders that have been opened. There will be a 15% restock fee for all unwanted items. Your credit card will be credited 85% of the item price. We do not refund shipping costs.
However if you receive items that are damaged you will need to Contact Customer Service to receive an RA# (Return Authorization) from them. We will not accept returns without an RA#.
