Standard Shipping Policies
Orders are processed as we receive them. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within one (1) business day of receiving your order. Orders are processed and shipped during weekdays only.
We offer a range of shipping options from FedEx, UPS and USPS to accommodate different requirements. All orders shipped to residential addresses require the signature of an adult. Packages may not be rerouted or picked up from the carrier. We are not able to ship phones or hardware to PO Boxes, APO/FPO or commercial mailboxes. In-store or office pickup is not available.
In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or email. If the delay is due to a backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute another item, or cancel your order. At times, due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g. weather) carriers may have delays. Deliveries that are delayed due to circumstances beyond carrier control do not qualify for the delivery service guarantee.
Orders from new accounts require a confirmed Shipping Address that matches the Billing Address of the credit card used for the purchase, or a PayPal-registered address.
We will ship international orders to a confirmed address. If we are unable to confirm the address provided, we will contact you with different payment options that will facilitate completion of your order. International orders may be subject to import fees, taxes and duties which will be the responsibility of the customer.
If an international shipment is returned or refused, all costs for Shipping and Return will be charged to the customer’s account.
If an order is incomplete, the missing item must be reported to Customer Care within 30 days of receipt of the order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Free Shipping Policy
Enjoy free Ground shipping for orders over $49 with a delivery address within Canada or the US. To take advantage of this offer, simply select the Free Ground Shipping option during checkout. *Excludes Rental Shipments to the USA and Canada. Excludes Open Box items shipping to Canada.
Rental Shipping Policy
Enjoy "round-trip" shipping on Rentals. The shipping rates presented during checkout include both delivery to you and return shipping to us. A prepaid return waybill is included with your rental order and should be used to send your rental kit(s) back to us. By using the prepaid return waybill, you will not incur additional shipping costs when returning your equipment. We do not offer in store/office pickup for rentals.
